Welcome to SharkEyes (https://sharkeyes.vercel.app), a service designed to distinguish humans from bots and protect forms from spam and abuse. By using our service or its API, you agree to these Terms of Use.

SharkEyes helps developers and website owners ensure that form submissions and interactions are made by real people, not automated scripts. The service may analyze certain behavioral and technical signals to verify activity authenticity

We collect limited technical and behavioral data for bot detection and security purposes, including:
Mouse movements and clicks (only the fact of the action, without coordinates)
Key presses (only the fact of pressing, without characters)
Time spent on the page
Screen size and pixel ratio
Number of form fields
IP address and country/region (no precise coordinates)
User-Agent, browser, and device platform
HTTP headers (sec-fetch-site, sec-fetch-mode, sec-fetch-dest, sec-ch-ua, sec-ch-ua-platform, sec-ch-ua-mobile, accept, language, encoding, connection, sec_fetchaud)
Domain data (aud)
Telegram Chat ID (if provided, for notifications)
We may also receive email and name, but only if provided through the /feedback/ form on the SharkEyes website.
These are used solely for responding to your message and are automatically deleted within 2 weeks.

If you encounter a bug, API malfunction, or other error, please report it to us via the /feedback/ form. Include as much detail as possible (time, location, description of the issue) to help us improve stability and security.

SharkEyes is built to provide high detection accuracy. However, no system can guarantee 100% reliability. Our models are regularly updated to minimize errors, but occasional false positives or missed detections may occur.

Use of SharkEyes is allowed for individuals aged 14 and above.
If you are under this age, please refrain from using the service.

Technical and analytical data are deleted within 7 days, unless related to security or abuse incidents.
Security-related data may be stored for up to 1 month in hashed form for protection purposes.
Feedback data (name and email) are deleted within 2 weeks.

We take measures to ensure the security of all collected data, including encryption and hashing. Access to stored data is strictly limited and used only for maintaining service integrity and safety.

If you wish to request data deletion, correction, or have questions about your information, you can contact us exclusively through the form at /feedback/. We respond to all verified requests in accordance with our privacy and data protection principles.
